The Group's hotels, operated under white label or under national and international brands, range from 2 to 4 stars. What they have in common is that they offer an exceptional customer experience at the best value for money. Driven by an ambitious vision, Dunamis Hospitality aims to expand its hotel portfolio to reach €30 million in sales by 2027.

2018 - Creation of the Group
  • February 2018 Acquisition of the first hotel, L'Ortega Rennes Saint Jacques (formerly "La Ville en Pierre"), which was upgraded from 2 to 3 stars following major renovations. This date marks the official launch of the Dunamis Group.
2019 - Expansion and New Challenges
  • Sale of L'Ortega to finance the purchase of the Kyriad Direct (formerly Blue Hôtel) in Saint-Brieuc - Trégueux. Complete transformation of this hotel over one year, reinforcing the Group's expansion strategy.
2020 - Setting course for Normandy
  • Acquisition ofHotel de France in Caen, rebranded Campanile Caen Centre Gare. A major renovation and the addition of around thirty rooms. This new establishment marks the Group's arrival in Normandy.
2021 / 2022 - Moving upmarket
  • End of 2021 Acquisition and renovation of theManche Océan Hotelto reposition itself as a top-of-the-range establishment, consolidating the Group's presence in Brittany. 
  • 2022 Acquisition of Campanile Rennes AtalanteWe are continuing to expand our portfolio and have land in reserve for a major future project.
2023 - Growth and diversification
  • Manche Océan Hotel becomes Hôtel & Spa Le Maury****the Group's first 4-star hotel, right in the centre of Vannes. Its success is all the more remarkable given that it has been upgraded from 2 to 4 stars.
 
  • Expansion with the acquisition of 3 establishments, including the Kyriad Saint-Brieuc - Trégueuxthe Campanile Langueux and the Kyriad Rennes sud - Chantepie.
  • Management mandate for L'Ortega Rennes Saint Jacques.
 
  • Rebranding the Group adopts a new identity under the name of " Dunamis Hospitality "affirming its ambitious vision.
2024 - Consolidation and optimisation
  • Focus on improving the customer experience, training teams and standardising internal processes.
  • Acquisition ofKyriad Rennes Nord Hoteladding 58 rooms to the Group's hotel portfolio.
  • Acquisition du Brit Hôtel Saint-Brieuc Langueux et de son restaurant Le Carré Blanc
2025 - New Horizons
  • Acquisition de l'Hôtel - Restaurant l’Eskemm à Saint-Brieuc, venant renforcer la présence du Groupe sur le territoire briochin et marquer une nouvelle étape dans son développement.

  • Lancement et étude de nouveaux projets hôteliers, traduisant une ambition de croissance durable et structurée.

  • Déménagement du siège social au 8ᵉ étage du nouvel immeuble Emergence, symbole de la montée en puissance du Groupe et de sa vision à long terme.
